We collect the information you submit so your HVAC request can be reviewed and, if appropriate, shared with a local provider serving your area.
Data collected
Name, phone, email, city/ZIP, service need, urgency, and details you provide. Do not submit payment information, account passwords, or unrelated sensitive information.
Lead sharing
Requests are first reviewed by Yellow Lotus Consulting. While buyer/provider routing is not approved, submissions are not automatically shared with a local HVAC company. If routing is approved and you have consented, a request may be shared with a local provider serving your area.
Privacy questions
For a privacy question, follow-up preference, or request to review or delete a submission, email yellowlotuscg@gmail.com. We may ask for enough information to identify the submission and may retain records where needed for legal, security, or operational reasons. See the contact page for the right support path.
